Abstract

Cryptocurrencies in their current state suffer from instability, scalability limitations, and security concerns. This paper introduces a new Proof of Wealth (PoWL) approach and presents the United Africa Shilling Ecosystem as an asset-backed blockchain model designed to improve stability, preserve capital, and provide a more reliable payment solution.
